The City is seeking tender applications from suitable tenants for Millars Well Community CO-OP Building, situated at Lot 3897, Teesdale Place, Millars Well 6714 (100 m²).

The commercial market rental value of the disposition was assessed at $360 ex. GST per square metre plus outgoings. The City is hoping to attract a suitable tenant that aligns with the intent of ‘community purpose’ and therefore negotiable to offers outside the market rental value.
