The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking applications for the establishment of a local contractor panel to assist the Shire in the delivery of its bituminous sealing and line marking programs

Background information / Compatibility requirements

Respondents reserve the right to submit an application for;

(a) Category A – Bituminous Sealing OR

(b) Category B – Line Marking OR

(c) BOTH Categories A and B

Respondents MUST read the applicant lodgement instructions contained in Part 2 Conditions of Applying, Section 2.9.1 Application Lodgement Instructions.

A schedule of rates Contract will be established with successful respondents, that will be utilised by the Principal on an as required basis. It is anticipated that the Panel will contain up to three (3) appointed suppliers for Category A Bituminous Sealing and up to three (3) suppliers for Category B Line Marking. The Panel will be in effect for a period of two (2) years, with two possible (12) month extensions.
