Background information / Compatibility requirements

Extent of Works

• Lighting Upgrade to Coronation Park Sports Field floodlighting to the two football pitches and cricket oval. Soccer fields and cricket grounds are considered outside of the scope of the project. (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Condition report on existing light tower LP05 (GM Poles)

• Supply and install 4 x new 28m GM poles & cross arms referenced as LP01, LP02, LP03 & LP04 (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Supply and installation of 28 Sylvania Raptor SR2A1G4-740 Raptor 4 1200W A1 Optic CR170 CCT4000K Luminaires to be fitted onto LP01, LP02, LP03, LP04 (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Removal of existing lights and head frame for LP05

• Supply and installation of 8 Sylvania Raptor SR2A0G4-740 Raptor 4 1200W A0 Optic CR170 CCT4000K Luminaires (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Supply and installation of new Energex supply to the site to be from overhead source and drop into pit and pipe to new clubhouse MSB (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Existing unused MSB to be removed (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Supply and installation of new combined power and data pit and pipe system between the clubhouse and the grandstand (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Removal of the floodlighting switchboard (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Supply and installation of new floodlighting driver panel located adjacent to floodlight pole LP02 (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Supply and installation of a new floodlighting driver panel located adjacent to the existing MSB at the clubhouse (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D)

• Supply and installation of all pits and conduit as shown on the drawings Concrete apron to be poured around all pits to protect edges from mower damage, suggest 150mm width (refer to drawing No. XB-EL-300-D, XB-EL-200-A)

• E-Switch App based lighting control

• Existing pits to be cleaned out - suggest vacuum excavation

• Existing luminaires and associated pole mounted control gear to be removed

• Suitable weatherproof terminal strip to be utilised within base of poles for all cable terminations

• New light fittings to be aligned as per lighting design and lux levels confirmed & documented on completion of works

• As constructed drawings & operation manuals to be handed over on completion of works

• Weep holes to be installed through grout

• Light towers to be identified as per drawings with labels affixed to lower inspection covers
