Project goals
The Workplace Wellbeing Assessment (WWA) Tool is a bespoke system developed in 2022 at the request of SafeWork and launched in September 2022. It is a free online resource for organizations with six or more employees to help manage workplace mental health. The tool surveys staff, gathering insights from both leaders and workers to assess business performance in key areas such as leadership and culture. Based on the results, it provides recommended actions to improve workplace wellbeing.
