New Plymouth District Council is developing its first district-wide Climate Change Adaptation Plan. We require a professional services consultancy that can undertake a high-level risk assessment and provide additional services to support developing our Plan, to be determined at a later date.

The successful consultancy will have the agility and capacity to deliver support services. You must demonstrate to us that you have a wide range of knowledge about climate change adaptation and practical experience in delivering climate change related work for government agencies. Given it's the first plan of its nature for Council, specific tasks will be decided as information feeding into the plan becomes available and in response to engagement initiatives. You will provide advice to determine activities and priorities.
