Tender Description
Wollongong City Council wishes to engage suitably qualified civil contractors to form part of a minor civil works panel contract. Councils' intention is to form multiple panels will encompass a range of minor civil works service. A panel will be formed for each of the service indicated below;
- Footpath and Shared Pathway Construction
- Stormwater Construction
- Kerb and Gutter Construction
- Road Reconstruction
- Road Safety Barrier Installation
- Subsoil Drainage Installation and Road Corridor Water Service Lowering
- Service Location and Potholing
Each panel will consist of multiple suitably qualified contractors and reserve contractors. Contractors are requested to submit rates for completion of general minor civil works in accordance with Councils' standard drawings and specification applicable at the time of works being performed. Contractors may provide rates for one, multiple or all, of the general civil construction services listed above. There is no guarantee of any value or quantity of works for any service listed if successful. Council may, in its absolute discretion, procure services from any panel member or non-panel member.
