Tender Description
This tender is for a new build adjacent to the Gippsland Regional Organics (GRO) office building and construction of a new barbeque area. The build will include a new laboratory, brew room, office space, bathrooms, laundry and changing areas. The successful tenderer shall supply a detailed design in support of the principle ideas provided in this tender for approval by GRO. GRO drawings are provided as a guide for our needs, alternative structural approach or separation of new structure from existing office will be considered where providing the required amenity.
Following approval, the successful tenderer will obtain necessary permits, construct and install, in their proposed method, the new build to all appropriate standards. This includes, but is not limited to, national building regulations. The build quality, fittings and styling should match the existing building.

Location: Gippsland Regional Organics, 1954 Longford-Lochsport Road, Dutson Downs
The works will include full fit-out, plumbing, electrical works, supply and installation of a 20,000 litre drinking water tank which shall be connected to the existing tank via a balance pipe. Necessary works to locate existing infrastructure should be allowed for and included in the tenderer’s price.
