Etheridge Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the Construction of Concrete Footpath at the Georgetown Independent Living Facility
Scope:
The contractor will conduct site establishment, locating underground services, and providing site access. Excavation and disposal of unsuitable materials will be performed, followed by subgrade preparation with crushed dust. Reinforced concrete, including SL 72 mesh, will be laid, along with PVC sheet installation. Reinstatement works include cleanup and restoring disturbed areas. WAE drawings will be submitted. All works must comply with DTMR standards and Council plans.
