Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake SMSB Upgrade at West One Services - 1 Prospect Place, West Perth WA 6005.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, removal and disposal of the existing Site Main Switchboard (SMSB), liaison with Western Power, supply and installation of a new SMSB, disconnection and reconnection of existing sub mains cabling, supply and install of new sub mains cabling, supply and install of new underground pit and pipe systems, cable containment systems including ladder, ducting and rigid conduits, testing and commissioning, and more.
