SERVICE REQUIRED:

Northern Beaches Council (Council) is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced operators to provide a fresh produce market on Sundays at Sydney Road, (West of Short Street Plaza), Manly for a term of two (2) years with a further one (1) year option which will be at Council's sole discretion.

The successful Respondent (Licensee) will be required to manage, operate and promote the markets.

The market is to consist of an appropriate mix of food produce stalls that have been approved by Council. Please note, any hot food sale items must be approved by Council prior to trading at the market.
