SERVICE REQUIRED:

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of a digital parking permits system (DPS). The scope of the tender includes the implementation and hosting of a DPS that allows customers to apply online and manage the full lifecycle of parking permits from application, approvals or otherwise, payments where necessary, maintenance of authorized vehicle details, and permit expiry or cancellation. The DPS is to cater for all exiting permit 'types' issued by Council, with the effect that no physical permits will be required to be printed and issued.
