Tender Description
Yarriambiack Shire Council is seeking to appoint a panel of suppliers who are appropriately qualified and experienced to provide services in the following categories as requested (but not limited to):
1.Grant Writing and Strategic Document Development Services
2.Project Scoping, Feasibility Studies, Design, Master Planning and Management Services
Council is seeking to recruit professionals with the professional accreditation, licences, qualifications and experience in the following fields of expertise:
- Complex Grant Writing
- Feasibility Study and Business Case Development
- Strategic documentation development such as Strategies and Plans
- Design (Architectural, Landscape Architectural)
- Project Management Services
- Master Planning
- Quantity Surveying
Services under this Contract are not guaranteed and will be on an “as required” basis.
The Contract will be awarded for an initial five (5) year period with an option, at Council’s sole discretion, to offer a further two x one year extensions (up to a maximum of seven (7) years).
Pricing will be based on a Schedule of Rates for each year of the contract period.
