Project goals

Sydney Metro requires an organisation to provide appropriately experienced resources to support key elements of infrastructure projects including Integration, Quality Services, commercial management of complex commercial structures, including Public Private Partnerships.

Scope

Highly experienced commercial resources with backgrounds in Integration, Quality Services, engineering, law, or other relevant disciplines are required to:

  •  Provide advice and support to the project leadership team on a >$5B Public Private Partnership on commercial matters.
  •  Provide both strategic input and the “doing” of tasks including drafting letters, attending meetings as required, preparing reports and governance documents.
