Tender Description
The City of Canning is seeking the submission of a lump sum price to deliver upgrade works at Cannington Leisureplex.
As part of the City's Annual Asset Management Programme, capital renewal and upgrade works have been identified for the building.
The scope of works is broadly summed up as follows:
- Removal and replacement of water features and supply manifold,
- Pipework modifications, new installations and pressure testing,
- Installation of 256m of flooring and manual operation valves.
All electronic submissions files shall be clearly named with the City's Quote Number as stated above and the Tenderer's Name; and lodged by the specified time and date.
Any Respondent found to have canvassed City of Canning officers or elected members will be disqualified from the tender process.
