Tender Description
Kyogle Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the Design, construct & installation of an amenities building at Kyogle Gardens caravan park.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 11am AEDT (NSW Time) on Friday 29 November 2024. Please email council@kyogle.nsw.gov.au if you plan on attending.

Background information / Compatibility requirements
The Australian and NSW governments are committed to providing ongoing support for communities impacted by the February and March 2022 storm and flood events. Kyogle Council has received funding from NSW Community Local Infrastructure Recovery Package to complete this project. Kyogle Gardens Caravan Park is within the Kyogle LGA area and located within the township of Kyogle. Figure 1.1 shows the position of the site in relation to the NSW east coast and major towns.
