Charters Towers Regional Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified respondents for rust rectification works as described in more detail below and in the  documents.

The Dalrymple H.M. Clark Saleyards and Equestrian Centre is a key facility for auction sales, live cattle export, and equestrian activities. It hosts weekly auction sales, stud sales, live exports, private weighing, transit, and cattle dipping and clearing.

The facility includes numerous drafts where cattle are sorted into fenced holding yards for auction purposes. Four drafts have been identified with significant deterioration in the Circular Hollow Section (CHS) and Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) support columns.

To ensure the longevity and safety of the structure, a permanent remediation of the column bases is required. This project aims to maintain ongoing compliance, structural integrity, and safety of the infrastructure at the Dalrymple Saleyards.
