Tender Description
The State of Queensland through Queensland Health, Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) on behalf of Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) is undertaking the procurement of a suitably qualified D&C Building Contractor to design, document, and construct the aged care expansion at the Moura Multipurpose Health Service.
The scope of the Project generally includes but is not limited to:
- Expansion to the Moura Community Hospital with the addition of an Aged Care Unit for the operation of 8 aged care beds in Moura.

Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Moura Community Hospital, 14 Nott Street, Moura on 10 December 2024 11:00 AM. Site visit at Moura Community Hospital 11am Tuesday 10 December 2024. Attendance is non-mandatory but highly recommended. There will also be a pre-tender meeting via Teams at 2pm Thursday 5 December 2024. Please RSVP for both by 3 December 2024.
