The Principal wishes to appoint one or more suitably experienced, qualified and equipped Contractor(s) to undertake Inspection and Maintenance of Water Sensitive Urban Design Assets across the Gold Coast Region for one or more of the following separable portions:

• Separable Portion 1 – Inspection and Maintenance of Water Sensitive Urban Design Assets(North)

• Separable Portion 2 – Inspection and Maintenance of Water Sensitive Urban Design Assets(South).

The inspection and maintenance of Water Sensitive Urban Design Assets include the following:

• Constructed Wetlands (including ephemeral wetlands)

• Bioretention Systems (Basins and Swales)

• Sediment Basins

• Infiltration Basin/Swale

• Undertake required inspection and reporting elements

• Undertake reactive maintenance.
