The RFQ has been released on the Digital Marketplace. Offers must be submitted through the Digital Marketplace, and submissions via any other electronic methods will not be accepted.

Suppliers wishing to participate in this opportunity must have received an invitation to respond (via email from the Digital Marketplace). To receive an invitation, suppliers must be registered on the e-Services Register which can be accessed through the Supplier Hub at https://hubs.buyingfor.vic.gov.au/sh. A briefing session will be held on 10 January 2025 10:00 am.

Notes: The purpose of the briefing session is to allow potential respondents to ask questions and clarifications on both the Invitation Process, and the project in general, in an open forum. This session will be run remotely via Microsoft Teams.Potential respondents will be required to register their interest in attending the briefing, as only respondents who meet the base levels of experience will be eligible to tender.
