Tender Description
The bridge extension of the Quarry Road Bridge by increasing the capacity under the bridge, is a stage of the Rangitane Spillway upgrade, which is designed to prevent flooding of adjoining properties, in major storm events. Stop bank has previously been raised and widened both up and downstream side of the bridge in anticipation of the new work.
