Directorate Navy Engineering (DNE) is seeking Digital Engineering and Mission Engineering modelling services to establish a series of Mission Engineering baselines within various Navy related missions. This work will comprise of consolidating a specific set of Mission thread development work to date and collaboratively coordinating with the Commonwealth to engage various other organisations within Navy to establish a baseline Mission Threads for select missions.

The Insight gained through this work will be used provide advice supporting assurance activities and aid decisions on forward options across multiple projects and initiatives. As a secondary objective, this tasking will provide experience and training to Navy staff to continue the work across multiple mission threads after the contract has been completed. A more detailed statement of work will be provided to invited sellers.
