Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Design and Construction of the New Network & Infrastructure (N&I) Administration & Maintenance Facility at Lots 51/92/562 (Part#A) Anvil Way, Welshpool, Western Australia
The purpose of this project is to provide a new administration and maintenance facility at Anvil Way in Welshpool Western Australia that will be occupied by PTA Network & Infrastructure
This project includes the design, supply, delivery, installation, alterations, additions, testing, commissioning and warranty of all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, communications, security services as outlined in this Scope of Work & Technical Criteria (SWTC) and reference design drawings.
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Public Transport Centre, Summers Street, Perth at 10 Dec, 2024 1:00 PM.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
