The objective of this tender is to provide building services and perform building inspections, maintenance, repair, reporting and a callout service (if required) at the Port of Dampier and at Pilbara Ports’ residential housing as further described in the tender documentation.

Briefing

A briefing session will be held at Level 5, 999 Hay Street, Perth at 11 Dec, 2024 11:00 AM.

a.Mandatory Tender Briefing

• i. A mandatory Tender briefing will be organised on Wednesday 11th December 2024 commencing at 11:00am WST. The Tender briefing will be hosted as a Microsoft Teams (online) meeting.
• ii. All costs incurred for the Tender briefing are to be borne by the Tenderer.
• iii. Tenderers are required to register a maximum of 2 participants for the Tender briefing by 4:00pm WST on Friday 6th December 2024 at emma.vanderlinden@pilbaraports.com.au.
• iv. Once registered, the registered participants will be sent an invite to the Tender briefing containing the link to join the Microsoft Teams hosted event.
• v. Tenderers are informed that any discussions held during the Tender briefing may be recorded and issued as Addenda.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
