Purpose:

HealthShare Victoria is exploring the market for pharmaceutical products in order to

• Assess the potential of any new pharmaceutical products, primarily generics, being introduced to the Australian market
• Inform future procurement activity strategy and scope are fit for purpose

The Pharmaceutical Products category is focused on medications required in a public hospital setting.

Scope Inclusions: Pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals

Scope Exclusions: IV Fluids, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Contrast Media, Compounded Chemotherapy, Radiopharmaceuticals

• A formal market approach will be released at a later stage
• Response to this RFI is optional. Suppliers not submitting a response will be able to submit a response to future market approach.
