IWC has recently introduced a new Food Organics, Garden Organics (FOGO) service to all residents in the local government area (LGA). An important component of a successful FOGO service is the provision of compostable bin liners to help residents transfer food from kitchen to the kerb.

Council wishes to support residents in this new service by providing a flat pack of compostable liners (75 bags per pack) to every house and apartment block in the LGA. As a result, Council is looking for a suitable contractor to store and deliver 80,000 - 90,000 packs of compostable bin liners to properties across the LGA twice yearly.

The bi-annual deliveries should commence May 2025 and November 2025. Council will be purchasing approximately 80,000 packs of liners so, in addition to the delivery of liners, the successful contractor must have capacity to store approximately 60 pallets of stock and manage the flow of stock from the manufacturer.

The successful contractor must be able to commence delivery from the May 2025, with a potential for 2-year extension in 2026 and 2027.
