Renewal SA on behalf of State Government is working with the University of South Australia (UniSA) to transfer a portion of the parent Lot 1200 North main Road contained in Crown record 6176/440, which comprises the UniSA Mawson Lakes Campus, to Renewal SA.

The subject land includes the portion of the UniSA Campus that is currently zoned ‘Recreation’ comprising an area of approximately 27.56 hectares (subject site) – Designated Lot 1202;

Contained within the subject site is a golf course, club room and playing fields which have service connections, that need to be amended / changed as part of the land transfer.

The services connections requiring amendment as part of the land transfer are:

- Potable water

- Recycled water

- Fire Water

The Project entails the services to be removed, amended, retained, extended as applicable; whilst maintaining live supplies throughout the construction period.

New SA Water connections and dis-connections as applicable.
