East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) requires a suitable Contractor to provide a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) and Asset Management Planning Services across their asset portfolio.

Briefing 

A briefing session will be held at Royal Perth Hospital, Kirkman House, 10 Murray Street, Perth at 3 Dec, 2024 10:00 AM.

A Mandatory Briefing of Respondents will be conducted on:

Time: 10:00 AM ? 12:30 PM, Western Australian Standard Time (WAST)

Location: Front Lawn of H Block - Ainslie House, Royal Perth Hospital, 48 Murray Street, Perth, Western Australia, 6000

Dress Code: Long pants, long sleeves, high visibility vest, and safety shoes

Attendees: Only one representative from each prospective Respondent is permitted to attend the Mandatory Briefing.

Questions: Any questions asked during the Mandatory Briefing will be taken on notice. All other subsequent questions related to the Mandatory Briefing must be submitted via email to Vivian.Hendricks@health.wa.gov.au the latest by 12 Noon, 5 December 2024. Responses to all questions related to the Mandatory Briefing will be issued subsequently as an addendum / clarification via TendersWA.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 12 noon (WAST), on 02 December 2024 by contacting Vivian Hendricks at Vivian.Hendricks@health.wa.gov.au.

All Respondents must complete the attendance sheet on the day of the mandatory Request briefing.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
