The department aims to engage a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a learner management system (LMS) to host and manage its suite of interactive online school council training modules at an agreed annual rate. The supplier will be expected to integrate all aspects of training including the annual school council declaration process and the school council self-assessment into the LMS.

The supplier will also manage and deliver a program of specialised governance training to members of Victorian government school councils, using materials provided by the department at an agreed rate per session.
