Tender Description
The City of Gosnells is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced lead Consultant to provide all professional services for the design and contract administration for construction of the new Sutherlands Park Centre located in Huntingdale, including forward works.
The lead Consultant will be required to provide contract administration services on behalf of the City for the duration of the construction and defects liability period. The Consultant shall also coordinate the activities of the sub-Consultants during contract administration.
No site meeting or tender briefing will be held.
