Consultants are invited to submit a response to the Request for Quotation to the RFQ016349 for the City of Port Phillip Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

We are looking for an accredited market research organisation to:

- Provide expert advice on survey compilation to elicit the most insightful responses from our community

- Deploy a suitable survey methodology noting that telephone interview and face-to-face interview are the most common methodologies use by councils in Victoria. We are open to alternative and/or hybrid approaches.

- Conduct research

- Analyse data

- Report findings in a clear and simple way

- Present findings when required.

The Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation, or part thereof. Quotes received after the closing time will not be considered.
