Meli is looking to engage an experienced Organisation to provide Cleaning Services across all of Meli's sites for a three (3) year term, with the option to extend by mutual agreement for up to three (3) additional years (3+1+1+1).

Meli sites current consist of 13 Office buildings and 29 Kindergartens. The service provider will be required to clean any additional Kindergarten that may be added in the future under the Kindergarten cluster management of Meli as well as any additional corporate Office Buildings.

Cleaning Services responding applicants can possibly split the tender, quoting for Kindergartens only, Corporate Office Buildings only or the entire tender.
