Council wishes to engage a lessee to operate the cafe at the premises located at Corrimal Beach Tourist Park, Part Lot 174 DP 728054, 2 Lake Parade, East Corrimal NSW 2518 also known as Corrimal Beach Tourist Park Cafe.

The proposed Lease is for an initial period of five (5) years, with an option to extend for a further five (5) years with any such extension at the sole discretion of Council.

This purpose-built cafe/kiosk ideally located at the park entrance offers an excellent commercial business opportunity for an experienced operator serving not only the Tourist Park patrons but also the general public. It comprises of a commercial kitchen fit-out for the provision of takeaway or alfresco dining.
