Nature of the Works:

Stage 1 - Maintenance, inspection, and data capture the surface inspection and CCTV seems has identified blockage due to slit, roots and broken pipes. Jetting and removal of sediment, Root cutting of root blocked pipes, Local renewal of any collapsed pipes to restore the current level of service. Upgrading know issues in C Block will be addressed.

2. Stage 2 - Stormwater modelling, Once the pipe network has been cleaned and cleared, it should be CCTV inspected to be done along with locating and surveying the network. Existing plans for the stormwater network should be located and a comprehensive plan of the network prepared, which can be used by the contractors to reference CCTV inspections, condition scoring and any repair work. Surveying the location, diameter, material and invert of the pipes and manholes will be required to inform the next stage of modelling the network.

3. Stage 3- Renewal and upgrade works, Using the outputs from earlier stages a physical works contracts can be developed to undertake the recommended works.
