The City of Busselton (City) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the long-term lease and redevelopment of the Busselton Jetty Tourist Park.

The City is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced caravan park developer/operators and tourism operators to enter into a Transaction over the Busselton Jetty Tourist Park (the Park). The Transaction consists of a long-term lease for the development and ongoing operation of the Park.

Offers will be considered by the City to determine whether any offer would be to the City’s advantage and, if so, may result in negotiations with the preferred proponent(s) with the view of entering into an agreement with the City.

The Park is optimally located, along Marine Terrace in Busselton, Western Australia, a short distance from the heritage listed Busselton Jetty, the CBD and foreshore. It is currently operated by park managers under a contract arrangement on behalf of the City.
