The RCCC has been funded by the Victorian State Government (Local Government Victoria) through its Rural Councils Transformation Management Program (RCTP) and has implemented a common finance, payroll, procurement & rates, property and regulatory management system across the three Councils with the end goal to facilitate the sharing of services into the future.

A requirement of the RCTP funding was that an independent project evaluation would be conducted at the end of the project period post implementation.

The RCCC Project wish to engage an independent party to provide project evaluation services for the entire RCCC program which commenced in Jun 2019 and ends Jun 2025.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any Request for Quotation.

Proposals will only be considered if lodged via the tendering portal.
