Tender Description
KiwiRail Holdings Limited ("KiwiRail") invites companies to submit their tenders ("Tender") to supply Consultancy services and gain entry to KiwiRail’s Prequalified Panel – Consultancy (“Panel”).
This RFT is a single-stage tender process. The information required under this RFT is requested so that KiwiRail can:
• identify companies interested in and capable of delivering the Services ("Respondents"); and/or
• identify different methods of providing such Services and a preferred solution/product.
The Panel’s core purpose is to enable brownfield and regional project consultancy services / consultancy packages to be efficiently procured through the panel.
The Panel will serve as a valuable resource for KiwiRail to efficiently and effectively engage with suppliers who meet our criteria and standards. The purpose of this prequalification process is to ensure that KiwiRail works with suppliers who have the necessary health and safety accreditation, expertise, experience, and capabilities to deliver high-quality products and services.
