Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of Stage 2 Science Refurb located at Narangba Valley SHS, located at Harris Avenue, Narangba QLD 4504, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
The refurbishment works consists of 2No. Food Science labs including Prep Room, 1No. Physics lab, 1No. Shade Structure to the existing Outdoor Learning Area. The position of the building is at the centre of the school with adequate site access and working space. All works are to be completed by May 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2 and a valid QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
