Whitsunday Regional Council (the Principal) are upgrading the airfield ground lighting at the Collinsville Aerodrome (CSV), located 6km from Collinsville Qld 4804. The aerodrome is available for aeromedical evacuations and for ad hoc charters to support operations within the region. There is a single runway 1,400m long x 30m wide which was recently upgraded by the Principal to include sealing the central 18m of the runway.

This Scope of Works is to carry out the Airfield Lighting Upgrade, which includes the replacement of ground lights, apron floodlighting and the primary illuminated wind indicator (the Project).

Council will be holding a Site Briefing on Wednesday 4th December 2024 at 11.00am. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than midday Tuesday 3rd December 2024.
