Cumberland City Council (‘Council’) in response to RFx1050 is inviting tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced community-based organisations to enter a two (2) year license agreement for the use of office outreach spaces. These office space/outreach facilities are within three of our Local Government Area’s of Auburn, Wentworthville and Guildford.

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)

Tenderers are required to register and attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on Wednesday, 11 December 2024, at the following sites:

10:30AM - Auburn Centre For Community

12:30PM - Guildford Community Centre

2:30PM - Wentworthville ‘Redgum’ Community Centre

Should the tenderer fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, their submission will not be considered.
