Council is inviting Tenders from reputable, suitable qualified organisations for the provision of Leadership course development and facilitation for all People Leaders within the Organisation, approximately 100 employees over a three (3) year period. At Council's sole discretion, the contract may be extended for two (2) further periods of one (1) year each.

Council reserves the right to award the business to one or more organisations qualified to provide these Services. Where the business is awarded to more than one organisation, Council may exercise its option to extend contract with one, many or all of the panellists.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.

All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.

Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender.
