Lismore City Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to work from approved design to convert existing two damaged synthetic tennis courts into a multi-purpose mixed courts including two cricket nets at Perradenya Estate, Caniaba, NSW 2480.

Background information / Compatibility requirements

The two existing (damaged) tennis courts (including a small playground), cricket oval, skatepark and pavilion forms part of the overall sports and recreation facilities developed by Rous Water in the 1990s. These facilities were subsequently transferred to Lismore City Council (LCC)

Following on from a comprehensive community engagement process in mid 2024 LCC has recognised the need to upgrade these facilities to meet the growing needs of the community.
