Maintenance should follow the intervals in Form 6: Frequency of Service, focusing on preventative measures. Non-compliance may result in contract termination, with payment only for completed work.

Breakdown Service

Provide a 24/7 breakdown service with trained mechanics. Attend breakdowns within the prescribed time frames in TABLE ‘A’ - Reported Breakdown Response Times. Ensure at least two servicepersons for tasks requiring two-person maintenance.
