Icon Water is seeking to procure a SaaS field service management (FSM) solution and implementation services to replace their current mobile workforce management system.
Icon Water currently uses Oracle's Work and Asset Management (WAM) solution for the management of work and assets and the Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) system for the management of field services to maintain our assets. This system is approaching end of life and needs to be replaced with a modern FSM solution.
