Icon Water is looking for a Fleet Management Provider that will provide:

a) Vehicle procurement (leased and owned),

b) Fleet Management Information System (FMIS),

c) In-Service Vehicle Management,

d) Return and Disposal Services,

e) Transition Services,

f) Contract Management Services,

g) Account Management Services,

h) Additional Services, and

take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure the timely, accurate and reliable provision and receipt of data to and from Subcontractors and Other Suppliers engaged in fleet related activities and work cooperatively with other providers (including Other Suppliers) to supply a seamless Service.

The Fleet Management Provider must meet our current needs but also support Icon Water's long-term vision for a sustainable, efficient, and technologically advanced fleet operation. The selected provider will play a crucial role in helping us navigate the complexities of modern fleet management while supporting our commitment to environmental stewardship and operational excellence.
