Tender Description
The Queensland Government through Department of Primary Industries is tendering for the refurbishment of the Fumigation and Fruit Assessment Lab located at Redlands Research Facility. The builder is to complete the full end to end project including all trades, materials, permits, building certifications etc.
This project requires the refurbishment of a laboratory including minor structural renovations, new flooring, suspended ceiling installation, service lines (e.g. gases and water), supply and installation of relocatable joinery; sinks, tapware, extraction hood and lighting. The works must comply with AS 2243.1:2021 and AS/NZS 2982.
