Tender Description
DPC is seeking to appoint the Innovation Hub Operator, who will plan, co-design and operate the Innovation Hub for agreed services and functions for a period of up to 13 years on a peppercorn (nominal) licence arrangement.
This EOI has been structured to allow for partial-service delivery of the Innovation Hub’s operations within alternative ad hoc temporary short-term accommodation (free of charge) at Lot Fourteen during the initial Planning Phase, including providing advice to DPC and their architect for the purposes of assisting DPC in informing the design of the Innovation Hub fit-out (taking into account the successful Supplier’s operating model).
