Sydney Water is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify capable Pipes and Fittings suppliers in the market. Successful proponents meeting the criteria will be invited for the Tender.

Project goals

Sydney Water has an ongoing requirement for Pipes and Fittings for carrying out project works delivered through Regional Delivery Partners (RDPs) and Major Projects team, Network Repairs and management of inventory of critical Pipes and Fittings. Suppliers meeting Sydney Water requirements outlined in the Expression of Interest form (capability and capacity) shall be invited to participate in the Tender Process and establish a supplier panel.

Scope

The Supplier is responsible for the supply of Pipes and Fittings but not limited to the following: -

• Supply range of pipes and fittings with guaranteed "on-time" delivery service to sites within Sydney Water and Delivery Partners operating areas.
• In consultation with Sydney Water provide suitable alternative material or types of pipes and fittings at no additional cost.
• Provide comprehensive technical data sheet / catalogue for the proposed product range.
• Supply high quality goods.
• Maintain agreed inventory of pipes and fittings through Sydney Water's Supply Chain.
• Reporting of KPIs on a quarterly basis, including sales reporting.
• Employ ethical and equitable practices.
• Chain of Responsibility (CoR) to ensure compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law.
