Requirements
The Office of Township Leasing (OTL) ICT Solution is hosted in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) environment. The OTL Solution has two identical instances of CRM. Instance 1 is accessed by the staff of OTL and Instance 2 is accessed by staff of a single external Community Entity. Both instances are integrated with several subsystems.
The OTL is seeking professional services for the provision of ongoing software enhancement and maintenance for the OTL ICT Solution, including; 2 x instances of CRM Dynamics 365 and interfaces with SharePoint Online, Record365 and cirrus8 Property Management System.
