This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) is looking to partner with a provider to deliver several Work Packages expected over the next five years to design, develop, deploy, and maintain anonymous reporting portals.
These portals will allow both internal and external reporters to submit de-identified or identified reports through web or mobile app forms to the ACCC for multiple use cases. They will also enable secure, customisable case management for ACCC users, facilitate secure anonymised chats between reporters and case managers, and ensure no personally identifiable information is collected or stored without consent.
Additionally, the ACCC requires reports, supporting documentation, and chat correspondence to be exportable from the portals to meet the agencies information management requirements.
We are seeking standardised costings for delivery per individual portal which will be leveraged to deliver work packages over the life of the contract. The selected provider must demonstrate flexibility in meeting the ACCC's evolving needs for each work package.
A deployed solution is required by 1 April 2025 for the first work package.
