Notice to prequalified suppliers who demonstrate capability to provide Landscape Architectural Services (lead consultant) for Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Accelerated Precincts.

This EOI is undertaken for information gathering purposes only and will not lead to a contract award.

 The objective of the EOI is to gain an understanding of the maturity, capability and interest of Landscape Architects who are either prequalified on Government Architect and Design Scheme SCM0801 under category 2C Landscape or are interested in applying for prequalification.

The Scheme will be used to engage Landscape Architects (lead consultant) for the upcoming projects for the TOD Accelerated Precincts program over next 3 years.

 The responses to this EOI are not intended to be used in a formal selection process to restrict the parties that can respond to a subsequent RFTs. As such there are no formal selection criteria or evaluation processes applied to this EOI
